Steps for custom design
- Customer send CAD or 3D (.step) file for evaluation
- UBPack send Mold / tooloing cost and estimate product cost for approval
- Customer ordering the mold
- UBPack start Molding production.
- UBPack work on Prototype product.
- Customer approve the prototype
- Customer order the product.
If Customer doesn’t have the CAD or 3D file, the steps start with
- Customer send the dimension / picture / drawing or design of the product.
- UBPack send CAD or 3D file for approval.
- 3D printing process if customer needed with additional cost.
- Customer approve CAD or 3D file in step2 or 3D printing in step
- UBPack send Mold / tooloing cost and estimate product cost for approval
- Customer ordering the mold
- UBPack start Molding production.
- UBPack work on Prototype product.
- Customer approve the prototype
- Customer order the product.
